Generally, your package should arrive before the tracking status is marked as 'Delivered'. If you haven't received it, we recommend checking with anyone at home or your neighbors if they have received it on your behalf.
Sometimes there might be a slight delay on the couriers end, so we suggest that you wait a few more days for the delivery. If you have not received it in a maximum of 3 days allowance, contact our support team at andy@shopholisticlife.com for assistance!
There's no update in my tracking for a week already! Where is my order?
We are super excited for you to receive your order and we're so sorry for the delay with your package! Although tracking does not indicate this, we can assure you that your package is still in transit to you.
Please note that international orders may take up to 10 full business days to be delivered. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
In the meantime here are some things that might help you locate your package:
- If the tracking information shows that your package is in your destination country, we recommend checking with your local post office. Checking it online may have more accurate tracking information for your order. Alternatively, you may also contact your local post/customs office directly. The best way to do this is by locating your nearest post/customs office and physically visit them to check on your package. - If the tracking information shows that your package is still in origin or is currently in transit, please be patient! Typically international orders may take up to 10 business days to be delivered; however, your package may be delayed by customs. We recommend full communication with your customs office.
- Whatever the case may be, we recommend communication with your customs office as this is the most likely place for packages to go missing.
